I spent almost a decade inside a global investment bank, building LLM analytics, decision systems, and transaction monitoring infrastructure under real institutional load. Policy-bound, audit-ready, deployed where being wrong was expensive. Now I build products on the same discipline.

erudite is live. It reads the research behind the frontier back in plain language, across five levels, then turns the paper into a build plan. No lab, no PhD, no paywall in the way. Doré is operator tooling for stablecoin programmes: it reads every attestation an issuer publishes and reconciles it against the chains, citing the source for every figure.

The thread is the same one I worked on the desk. Read the hard, illegible thing, and turn it into something a person can act on, with a trail they can check. The agent systems underneath run on Hermes, my runtime. The agent reads and recommends. The human decides.

Why I build

The frontier shouldn't need a password.

The best research is written for the people already in the room. The most important financial claims sit in PDFs no one reads in time. Both are knowledge that decides things, locked behind jargon, paywalls, and the quiet sense that it was meant for someone else. I spent a decade watching how much that costs.

So I build tools that open it. erudite, so anyone can read the frontier and build on it. Doré, so an operator can trust a reserve claim without taking it on faith. Different domains, one move: read the hard thing, and turn it into something you can act on. Built on Wall Street, where the cost of acting on the wrong number is measured in real money.

The firm, plainly

Rayleigh Stark is where I build. erudite is live and free to read. Doré is operator tooling for stablecoin programmes, built on Hermes, the agent runtime underneath. For deployment work there are two ways in: an Operations Audit, two weeks; a Design Partner Programme, six to eight weeks to first production, then monthly subscription. London and New York.
