Almost a decade inside a global investment bank, building decision systems and
monitoring infrastructure under institutional load. Now I build products on the
same discipline. erudite turns frontier research into build plans, live today.
Doré reads stablecoin attestations and reconciles them against the chains.
The thread is the same: read the hard, illegible thing, and turn it into something
you can act on. Built on Wall Street.

The work
One product, live. And the tooling behind it.
Shipped, not pitched. Cited, not invented.

erudite
Read the frontier. Build on it.
erudite takes the research papers behind the frontier and reads them back in plain language, across five levels, from a one-line headline to an executive brief. No lab. No PhD. No paywall in the way.
Then it turns the paper into a build plan: the thing you could make from it, broken into steps. Live today, free to read.
Doré reads every attestation a stablecoin issuer publishes and reconciles it against the chains, every six hours. Every figure traces back to its source. Every claim cites the regulation it answers to. Nothing on screen is invented by a model.
Proprietary tooling, built on Hermes, the agent runtime underneath. The same discipline I ran on Wall Street, brought to bear on reserves.
The artifact is a working product, not a deck. erudite is live. Doré runs. If you cannot open it and use it, it is not done.
02
Cited
Every figure traces back to its source. Search proposes, deterministic code disposes. An honest gap is a finding, not a failure. Nothing on screen is invented by a model.
03
Controlled
Policy versioned. Tool access read-only by default and audit-logged. The agent reads and recommends. The human decides. Evidence retained per the regime that asks.
04
Owned
Built on Wall Street, under real institutional load. One operator accountable for what ships. No hand-off to a team that was not in the room.
03 · OPERATOR
Who builds the agent
Operating discipline, brought across.
Built on Wall Street. Now applied here.
Almost a decade inside a global investment bank. LLM analytics, decision systems,
transaction monitoring infrastructure under institutional load. Now building products on
the same discipline: erudite, Doré, and the agent systems underneath.
This is how the systems I build run, drawn out in full.
They watch what a team can't watch by hand, decide inside the rules you set,
act only within set limits, and hand off to a person the moment judgment is needed.
The agent can read, but it can't act on its own.
No shell, no loose access to the web, every move logged. It reads and recommends.
The person decides. That line never moves.
IngestDecideAct
01The records
What the institution says it holds, pulled straight from the source.
02The ground truth
What's actually there, read live, not taken on someone's word.
03The watchlists
Every party checked against the lists that matter, every time.
04What's in motion
What's queued to move, and when. Nothing in flight goes unseen.
coreDecision core
Lines the signals up, applies the rules, scores what looks off, drafts the write-up.
rulesThe rules
The thresholds and limits you set. Every change to them is logged.
actAct within limits
Flag it. Hold it. Draft the evidence. Record why it did what it did.
humanHand to a person
Routes the call to the right owner, with the full story attached.

trailAudit trail
Every signal, decision, and action, recorded. Append-only. Tied to the rules in force at the time. Reversible only with sign-off.
Hermes does not replace the team. It watches what no one can watch by hand:
the overnight hours, the things that move while everyone is asleep, the checks
that have to land the instant something happens. When a call needs a person,
it hands over with the full story.
The brief, in plain language. Bottom line first, the source behind every figure one tap away.
Do the numbers add up? One read, every figure traced back to where it came from.
Data layer
Search proposes. Deterministic code disposes.
Sources move and rot. A page that was there yesterday is gone today, or quietly
changed. A background check runs every few hours: it re-finds every source,
re-verifies every record, and goes looking for a replacement the moment one
breaks. Search results are leads, never facts.
A candidate gets checked, trusted origins beat random pages, and a second source
has to agree before anything counts.
Every figure carries its source. An append-only
record stores the claim, what it was checked against, the time it was read, and a
fingerprint of the exact data. Any number can be replayed to any moment in the past.
A full provenance trail sits behind every number on the screen.
